Mert Baki, the CEO of Yemeksepeti, attended Galatasaray High School and graduated from ITU with a degree in electrical engineering. He then completed the MBA program at Sabancı University. Mert Baki, who has participated in continuing education programs in business strategy at the Florida and Stanford Universities, began his professional career at ARAMA Consulting and then held various positions in business development at Migros.
After joining the Yemeksepeti family in 2011, Mert Baki was responsible for the development and implementation of all new projects for the company. Prior to joining the Delivery Hero family, he was also responsible for Yemeksepeti’s foreign operations in 10 countries.
Most recently, Mert Baki served as Deputy Managing Director in charge of business development and expanded Yemeksepeti’s service offering by leading numerous projects such as Yemek.com, Yemeksepeti Market and Yemeksepeti Mahalle. Mert Baki, who is fluent in English and French, is married and has two children.
After graduating from Istanbul Technical College, Department of Industrial Engineering, and receiving his master’s degree in Engineering Management from ITU, Dölek began working as the general manager of Yemeksepeti Market and Yemeksepeti District in August 2021 after 24 years of professional experience in many different positions.
Bülent Dölek started his career in 1997 as an R&D engineer at Migros Ticaret A.Ş. and then worked as a manager in category management. In 2010, he moved to g2m Dağıtım Pazarlama ve Tic. A.Ş., where he served as category manager for the snacks, confectionery and beverage groups, new business and sales development manager, business development manager, sales operations director and board member since 2010.
In 2014, Dölek continued his career as Senior Country Retail Manager at Accenture Turkey. In 2017, he worked as Retail and Consumer Products Customer Development Leader at McKinsey & Company and finally in 2019 as Assistant General Manager at LC Waikiki.
Duygu Tanıt, who serves as Chief Legal Officer at Yemeksepeti and handles the company’s legal affairs, began her career as a trainee lawyer at Postacıoğlu Law Firm after earning her master’s degree from Istanbul Bilgi University.
She then specialized in various areas of law at GSI Meridian and NN Hayat Emeklilik. When he joined Yemeksepeti in 2015, he initially took on the role of Head of Legal Department and was appointed Chief Legal Officer in 2019. In addition to his expertise, he completed a summer school program on competition law at the London School of Economics and Political.
Hande Yalgın is Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) at Yemeksepeti, the Turkish fast-commerce platform. After graduating from Istanbul University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, she studied Human Resources Management at the same college. Yalgın, who also holds the Co-Active Coaching title, started her career
She started her career in the HR department of Avis.
Hande Yalgın, who has carried out many restructuring projects in the fields of human resources, organizational and cultural transformation throughout her professional life, has led transformation processes in companies such as Arkas Holding, Turkcell, Yıldız Holding and Vodafone.
As Chief People & Organizational Transformation Officer at Logo Software, Modanisa and OTI Holding, Yalgın is responsible for implementing Yemeksepeti’s HR and culture policies, increasing loyalty by focusing on employee experience, supporting talent attraction and development, and strengthening corporate culture as one of the key countries of the global organization.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in labor economics and industrial relations at Anadolu University, Nedim Nahmias completed his master’s degree in strategic marketing and brand management at Bahçeşehir University and enriched his educational journey with certificates in innovation and growth from Stanford University and marketing and product management from the University of California, Irvine.
In 2004, Nahmias joined Yemeksepeti and gained experience in various roles during this time. As COO (Chief Operating Officer) at Yemeksepeti from 2015-2020, Nahmias led the strategic management of the company and pioneered key projects such as data analytics and the activation of the Wallet payment option.
From 2020-2022, Nahmias served as CPO (Chief Product Officer) at Yemeksepeti, leading strategic moves such as the internationalization of the Joker product, management of data projects, and the launch of the Yemeksepeti Mahalle category. In November 2022, Nahmias returned to the position of COO at Yemeksepeti, leading the logistics and business development teams.
Onur Bilgi has more than twenty years of experience in the technology and enterprise sector and has delivered many successful projects led by large teams and with multi-million dollar budgets.
In his nearly 12 years at Turkcell, he has managed everything from digital strategy to CRM transformation programs, from project manager and business analyst to Head of Digital Channels and later Head of PMO. Since March 2015, Bilgi has been Chief Experience Officer at Yemeksepeti, leveraging his expertise in CX Strategy Leadership and Digital Transformation Management to drive effective change.
Selin Süzer, a graduate of Middle East Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering and Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management MBA, began her career at P&G as an Assistant Brand Manager, where she was responsible for cosmetic brands, shopper marketing, Pantene, Head & Shoulders and all hair care categories in Turkey, the Caucasus and Israel. After working as Marketing Manager at Danone and McDonald’s and as Marketing Director at BBVA America, Selin Süzer returned to Turkey and worked as Regional Chief Marketing Officer for Turkey and Africa at Oriflame and then as Chief Marketing Officer at Letgo, where she led the teams in Turkey and Spain and launched the Otoplus brand in Turkey. Selin Süzer started her position as CMO at Yemeksepeti on September 4, 2023.
After working as a civil engineer at Soyak İnşaat A.Ş. for 2 years, Serkan Yazıcıoğlu held various management positions at Finansbank, one of Turkey’s leading private banks, for 13 years between 1999 and 2012.
During his career at Finansbank, Serkan Yazıcıoğlu played an important role in creating the CardFinans brand and held senior positions in the payment systems product management, marketing, alternative distribution channels and card operations departments.
In 2012, he moved to Interbank Card Center, where he served as deputy general manager responsible for all digital solutions and card payment systems, particularly for the BKM Express and TROY brands. He was also responsible for marketing communications at BKM. Serkan Yazıcıoğlu was appointed General Manager of Yemeksepeti Pay in June 2021.
Sertaç Şener graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Political Science and International Relations in 1999. At the beginning of his career in 2000, Sertaç Şener worked in various domestic and regional senior positions in companies such as Nokia, Avea, Microsoft and Hopi.
In 2020, Sertaç Şener joined Yemeksepeti as Chief Sales Officer and is responsible for the management, experience development and commercial performance of Yemeksepeti’s partner restaurants.
Sevil Tanrıdağlı completed her bachelor’s degree in economics in English at Marmara University between 1995-1999 and started her professional career at Deloitte. After that, she worked in various positions in Turkey and abroad in the treasury and financial management of Mondelēz International for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Yemeksepeti, Sevil Tanrıdağlı was Chief Financial Officer at Eczacıbaşı Vitra Karo.
