Awards International has been organizing international customer experience competitions since 2008. At this year’s awards, which took place for the fourth time in Turkey, Yemeksepeti was successful in the categories “Customer at the Center” and “Best Use of Customer Insights and Feedback”.
The TCXA, organized by Awards International and globally recognized in the field of customer experience, aims to promote and reward customer experience practices in Turkey and attracts attention as the premier global award organization celebrating customer experience practices.

In the competition, in which 40 companies from different sectors participated with their customer experience projects and were evaluated by a total of 70 jury members, Yemeksepeti stood out with its distinctive customer interactions and the insights it has gained by listening to the voice of its users. In the “Customer at the Center” category, Yemeksepeti stood out with its personalized and meaningful interactions that make users feel valued and understood. In the “Best Use of Customer Insights and Feedback” category, Yemeksepeti was recognized for its efforts to identify the needs of its users based on data collected through different channels and take appropriate action.
