Alper Aydeniz was appointed as Business Development and Operations Director and Aylin Şengül Karakoç was appointed as Software Development Director in order to contribute to Yemeksepeti Pay’s operational and technological development targets.

The appointments made in this direction aim to provide more effective leadership to Yemeksepeti Pay’s business development, operation and software development processes. Alper Aydeniz and Aylin Şengül Karakoç will play key roles in Yemeksepeti Pay’s strategic growth and innovation targets with their experience in the sector.

Alper Aydeniz, Business Development and Operations Director

Alper Aydeniz, who was appointed as Business Development and Operations Director at Yemeksepeti Pay, draws attention with his extensive experience in international finance and mobile solutions. After graduating from Istanbul University, Department of International Relations, Mr Aydeniz completed his MBA at Yeditepe University and started his career in Alternative Distribution Channels at Finansbank. Afterwards, he worked in various executive positions at Turkcell and Doğuş Teknoloji. Aydeniz, who worked as Consumer Technical Product Senior Manager at Paycell in 2020-2021 and joined Yemeksepeti in 2022, will manage business development, operations and fraud processes at Yemeksepeti Pay in her new role.

Aylin Şengül Karakoç, Software Development Director

Aylin Şengül Karakoç was appointed as Software Development Director at Yemeksepeti Pay. After graduating from Ege University, Department of Computer Engineering, she started her career as a software engineer at Nortel Networks Netaş. Karakoç, who has extensive experience in banking and payment systems, worked as a software developer and manager in institutions such as YapıKredi, Akbank and Interbank Card Centre. In his new role, Karakoç, who joined Yemeksepeti Pay in 2022, will manage Yemeksepeti Pay’s software development activities and technology applications and implement innovative projects in the field of digital payment solutions.

These appointments will strengthen Yemeksepeti Pay’s position in the sector and contribute to achieving operational excellence.
