Yemeksepeti, Turkey’s leading fast food brand, has made key appointments in the marketing department in line with its goal to strengthen its brand image and marketing strategies. Yasemin Bahar, Growth Director; Senem Sözmen, Corporate Communications Director; and Kamer Buğu Öktem, Brand Director.
Yasemin Bahar, Growth Director
Yasemin Bahar is the Growth Director at Yemeksepeti, which leads performance marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, marketing technology and data analytics, and product marketing. Having held strategy and business development roles at major brands such as Meditopia, Hepsiburada and Glovo, Bahar continues to develop innovative growth management strategies at Yemeksepeti.
Senem Sözmen, Director of Corporate Communications
Senem Sözmen, with her experience in developing and managing corporate communications strategies, has been appointed as Yemeksepeti’s Corporate Communications Director. Ms. Sözmen will be responsible for developing and implementing Yemeksepeti’s corporate communications strategy, maintaining effective media relations, contributing to employee satisfaction by designing internal communications activities, and effectively managing executive communications. In her professional career, she has held important positions at Yapı Kredi, Avon and Red Bull.
Kamer Buğu Öktem, Brand Director
Kamer Buğu Öktem has been appointed Brand Director and will be responsible for Yemeksepeti’s brand strategy. After leading various brands at Danone, she also experienced the Asian market at Walnut Coding, one of the largest education technology companies in China. With a strong background in branding and marketing, Öktem will create brand messages at Yemeksepeti based on consumer needs and expectations and manage their effective dissemination across all channels. The team under Öktem’s leadership will continue with innovative and effective strategies to maintain and improve Yemeksepeti’s brand health and strength.
