Y-Club, the innovative loyalty program of Yemeksepeti, the leading brand of fast commerce in Turkey, quadrupled the number of its users in one year, reaching a total of 6.5 million members. Users made the most of these opportunities by increasing the number of orders they made with the coupons provided within the program by 2.5 times. During this period, a total of 1 million people took advantage of these coupons and benefited from the 1 billion TL worth of discounts provided by Yemeksepeti.
Y-Club allows all Yemeksepeti users to earn points for every food, market and neighborhood order, regardless of payment type, and the points earned can be converted into coupons in the reward shop according to different needs. The application, which makes the ordering experience more advantageous, aims to reward users’ loyalty. Users welcomed it with great interest
Y-Club’s most active users include members who have ordered more than 100 times using coupons. The user who completed the most steps completed more than 300 task steps in total. The most preferred cuisines thanks to the coupons were Burger, Kebab & Turkish Cuisine and Pizza.
After Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, Antalya, Bursa and Muğla were the provinces where reward coupons were used the most. In addition, the user who earned the most YemekPoints so far accumulated a total of 6,605 TL worth of YemekPoints.
