Yemeksepeti Appoints Executives to Strengthen Market Position

  • Yemeksepeti has made a series of appointments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The newly appointed executives will continue to work in line with Yemeksepeti’s overall goals in critical areas such as financial reporting, human resources, sales and customer relations, commercial and supply chain management.

Yemeksepeti, Turkey’s leading fast-track retail brand, has made key appointments to its management team in order to further strengthen its leading position in the sector and adapt quickly to the changing dynamics of the market. These strategic moves were made in line with the company’s goals of increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Financial Reporting, Accounting and Human Resources Strengthened

With the recent appointments, each department of Yemeksepeti has become more aligned with the company’s overall goals. Begüm Gözde Ertaş was appointed as Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting to strengthen financial reporting and accounting processes. In this role, Gözde Ertaş leads the accounting, tax and financial reporting processes.

In another important human resources and employee relations appointment, Şeref İnceoğlu was appointed as Employee Relations and Human Resources Operations Director. Mr. İnceoğlu’s responsibilities include employee relations and operations, budget management, payroll, HR information systems and analytics.

Investments in Sales and Customer Relations and Supply Chain Optimization

On the sales and customer relations front, Burcu Karataş has been appointed director of global and local chain brand management and key account management. Karataş’s team is responsible for managing global and local chain brands and NCR sales.

In Commerce and Supply Chain Management, Melis Erel Onay was promoted to Commerce Director and Eren Gezer was promoted to Supply Chain Director. Onay and Gezer will lead Q Commerce’s trade, procurement and supply chain processes.

Sales and customer relations will be improved.

Finally, Pamir Yanık joined the Yemeksepeti family as Sales, Acquisition and Retention Director. Yanık will focus on customer acquisition and retention processes by managing sales strategies. Yanık’s appointment will play a critical role in achieving Yemeksepeti’s sales and customer relationship goals.
