Yemeksepeti’s outstanding performance in the field of customer experience and its innovative approach to its mobile application with the “AI Explanation Robot” project make winning this award an indicator of the company’s customer-centric strategies and continuous development approach.

AI Explanation Robot brought the award

Yemeksepeti won this prestigious award for its innovative project called “AI Explanation Robot”. Launched in March 2023, this project uses ChatGPT technology to create rich and consistent descriptions for products. This strategy aims to enrich the shopping experience by providing customers with more understandable and accessible information, strengthening brand perception and increasing customer satisfaction.

By integrating critical information such as actual product dimensions, nutritional values, storage and usage instructions into the descriptions, product entry processes are accelerated and productivity is increased. The project also focuses on measuring the positive impact of product descriptions on customer behavior by analyzing their impact on order conversion rates and time spent on the site.
