• Hande Yalgın, Assistant General Manager of People and Culture at Yemeksepeti, is taking on an important role in Europe. Hande Yalgın, who will continue to be responsible for the implementation of People and Culture processes at Yemeksepeti, has been appointed HR Business Partner for Delivery Hero Europe and Senior Director of HR Systems and Analytics. This appointment aims to combine Yemeksepeti’s and Delivery Hero’s knowledge and experience in talent management.

Yemeksepeti, the leading fast-casual brand in Turkey, has announced an important move to Europe. Hande Yalgın, who previously served as Assistant General Manager of People and Culture at Yemeksepeti, has been appointed as Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Director of HR Systems and Analytics in the European region of Delivery Hero, the parent company of Yemeksepeti.

The strategy behind the appointment is to combine the expertise and experience of Yemeksepeti and Europe to leverage the scope of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, People & Culture Systems and Analytics functions in the regional organization and focus on country specific practices within the HR Business Partnership. This new structure will help the Delivery Hero Europe and Yemeksepeti teams to expand their areas of expertise and grow together.

In particular, the current design of the People & Culture Business Partner team aims to work harmoniously with the Delivery Hero teams in Europe while preserving Yemeksepeti’s unique corporate culture. This appointment will strengthen the people strategies of both organizations and enable them to develop innovative solutions for regional operations. It will also help to increase employee satisfaction and work efficiency by enabling close collaboration and information sharing between the two organizations.
