At the PRIDA Communication Awards, designed and organized by the Association of Communication Consultancy Companies (IDA), we won the “Success Award” in the “Macro Influencer Collaboration” category with our collaboration with Turşuhan! This award shows the success of our renewed brand positioning as Yemeksepeti and our “Yemeksepeti’yle Keyfin Yerine Gelsin” strategy.

At the Istanbul Marketing Awards 2024 held at Zorlu PSM on December 19, we achieved success with two different projects. Among the projects we won awards, “Yemeksepeti’yle Keyfin Yerine Gelsin” was deemed worthy of an award in the Corporate Brand Communication category, while our “World Cats Day / Turşuhan” project won an award in the Digital Marketing Campaign via Social Media category.
The “Keyfin Yerine Gelsin” project, launched in line with Yemeksepeti’s renewed brand identity and strategy, succeeded in touching its target audience with a new positioning that aims to transform consumers’ stressful moments into pleasant ones. In its first month, the campaign resulted in a 1.2 point increase in the score of being the first brand that comes to mind. In addition, the results of the Brand Lift Survey conducted on YouTube and TikTok platforms showed a significant increase in brand recall and preference.
We won the “Best Growth Team” award at The Hammers Awards with our “User Lifecycle Relaunch” project. This project, which increased new customer acquisition by 25% with personalized user experiences, achieved great success in retention and recovery rates. We were awarded the “Best Growth Team” award in the “Technology and Data Department” category at The Hammers Awards for our “User Lifecycles Relaunch” project, which we launched in October 2023.
Our 6-member Yemeksepeti Growth (CRM) team won this award with its innovative marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and retain existing users.
In December, we achieved a great success by winning a total of four awards in two prestigious award programs. We won the Bronze Award in the category of “Food Experience Marketing/Brand Collaborations” at the FOMA (Food Marketing) Awards, and immediately afterwards, we received awards in three different categories at the Marketing Turkey E-Commerce Awards. We won the Gold Award in the “Food Ordering Application of the Year” category in the Public Voting held as part of the E-Commerce Awards, once again showing that we are the users’ favorite. We also proved our success in grocery shopping and received the Silver Award in the “Food/Grocery App of the Year” category.
With our “1 Eat 1 Gift” campaign, which attracted great interest from Yemeksepeti users, we won the Bronze award in the E-Commerce category in the Film main section of the Brandverse Awards. With this campaign, which increased the chance of our users to order their favorite dishes from their favorite restaurants at affordable prices, we both offered an attractive option for our users and added value to our business partners. By offering different restaurants and menu options to users during the campaign, we provided an attractive dining experience for everyone.
Brandverse Awards, which aims to raise the standards of the sector and includes Social Media Awards Turkey as of 2022, evaluates and rewards the marketing and communication activities of brands.
As Yemeksepeti, we were once again deemed worthy of an award in the “Turkey’s Lovemarks 2024” survey conducted in collaboration with MediaCat and Ipsos, with the participation of 2,000 people between the ages of 15-55, with a balanced ratio of men and women, representative of Turkey. We ranked first again in the “Online Food Ordering” category, reinforcing our “Lovemark” title in this category.

At the AITS AWARDS award ceremony held within the scope of AI Tomorrow Summit 2024, we were deemed worthy of an award in the “E-Catering” category. The AI Tomorrow Summit 2024 event, held in a hybrid format at Ankara Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center on May 23-24, stood out as a platform showcasing innovative ideas, projects and business models that shape the future of artificial intelligence technologies. As a result of the measurements carried out by AIPA and Quantum Research, Yemeksepeti was awarded the “E-Meal” award for its superior performance and innovative approaches in online food ordering service.
Hande Yalgın, Deputy General Manager of People and Culture at Yemeksepeti, was selected for the second time to the “Turkey’s 50 Most Effective CHROs List” organized by Fortune Turkey. The research, which has been regularly conducted by Fortune Turkey every year since 2016, covers over a thousand companies. Tech Brands Turkey, one of the most prestigious award programs in the industry that measures consumers’ brand perception in the field of technology, awarded us “Turkey’s Most Technological Brand” in the “Food Online/Mobile Ordering” category! Presented on February 22nd at the Tech Brands Turkey ceremony, the award is an indication of the importance Yemeksepeti attaches to technology and innovation, and reinforces its success in meeting consumers’ expectations at the highest level.
The research, conducted in collaboration with Pazarlamasyon and Nielsen IQ Turkey, one of the world’s leading research companies, was evaluated through surveys conducted with approximately 1,000 people aged 15-64 in 12 cities across Turkey. As a result of the research, the brands ranked in 30 different sectors were determined thanks to the report prepared on the basis of the answers given by the consumer base to open-ended questions.

We won the “Turkey’s Most Technological Brand” award in the Tech Brands Turkey award program. We received this title in line with the responses given by the public in this prestigious award program organized by Pazarlamasyon in cooperation with NielsenIQ Turkey. In addition to being a leading brand in the H-commerce industry, we have once again confirmed our position by winning this award with our technological power. In the program, which was held for the fourth time this year, 43 brands were awarded in a total of 43 categories.
As Yemeksepeti, we achieved great success at the Felis Awards in 2022. We won the Felis Award with our memorable commercial music with the slogan “Yemeksepeti is next to you, if it’s on your mind, it’s at your door”. We received two awards for our social responsibility project “This Is a Need” and another award for the “Meatballs Competing” project we carried out in collaboration with H2O on TikTok, and returned with four statuettes in total.
